We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our busy Service Reception team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and have a passion for great service, this could be the role for you!

The Role:
As part of our Service Reception team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and managing service appointments.
Coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs with our team.
Handling inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Creating Invoices
Ordering parts

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a bonus, but not essential.

A full driving license
Location: Fairlee Service Station
Hours: Full-time
